Sea Salt — solar-evaporated from the North Sinai coastline (El-Arish / Bardawil) and Red Sea coastal pans near Ain Sokhna. Egypt's annual solar irradiance of 2,700 kWh/m² is among the highest on Earth. Rock Salt — mined from the Siwa Oasis and the Qattara Depression.
